These are the sum thoughts of what I can only describe tonight as. Having met a group of friends in a bar. Little did I know that they had been drinking all afternoon, however they were still warily 'sober', enough to communicate with a grasp the situation. On the whole though to the locality the people within the facinity, this was a most dangerous scene to be attending.

Just out side of the city centre, and just off of north campus, lies the gay scene. It appears more of my class mates are turning the other way, and many people I know are slowly coming out of the wood work. I have no issue with this, until your put in the middle of many an awkward scene, where sudddenly the tables are turned.

Attempting to extract your friends from a rather dubious situation of dirty under pass knowledge, weeding out the information fro munsuspected colleagues. These people were not strangers but friends of friends. Unfortunately, for them they had bitten more than they could chew.

This did in the long term scheme of things through the evening mean slightly harder to escape mechanisms, many of the ploys to keep you in were biased to wards peer pressure and staying out and drinking. Thankfully they had drunk too much to allow myself and one other to leave unharmed. A third had left earlier she however remains elusive and in separate danger with a 'stranger'. For another friend, he has been lost carted off to a curry in the north of town to be disected further. I could not find a way of getting him home, for his own fear and thoughts were too overwhelming with the alchohol still coarsing through his blood.

I can only be assured that no harm will come to anyone by thought alone. Never the less, the paranoia of the past comes back in. The need to be forcefull and tolerant at the same time, makng sure all is safe and well by modestly making the situation calmer thorugh undertones of stress relief.

These people read everything into everything. Biting of the fingers, glances at people, conversation topics. All twisted to suit their desires. None the less, when the ball when back to there court, they were off. They didn't want to talk about themselves. No too free and yet too proud to dare. Bastards they were.

The situation of finding a way to out seems almost impossible, but you have to remember that at the end of the day, all can be denied and due to the level of alchohol no one will remember except for me. Who will never repeat the thoughts and components of dreary alcholic, messed up thoughts surrounding these peoples needs.

Luck may have been with us tonight, the alchohol had put them over the limit and made them retire. I did not want to be there trying to fish two friends out of one truly disturbing mess.
